The U.S. Navy 2-Cell Flight Deck/Traffic Wand is for US Military use. The handle is made from sturdy gray plastic and sealed for waterproof operation in the rain, snow, sleet, or hail.  The Traffic wand includes 6 filters to change the wand color from red, amber, green, blue, or white.
