Refund policy

Please refer to your order packing slip for detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise. We will ship exchanges at our expense to guests located inside the Continental United States. We cannot refund the purchase price of any item that was purchased from a Tradition Creek dealer. If you are returning an item to us please include the reason for return and your desired outcome.
